MatchFEM - A Plugin for Grasshopper

Overview

MatchFEM is a Software in the form of a series of connectors that enable the development of Digital Twins of Buildings and Infrastructures. The Software runs within Grasshopper, a visual programming environment enabled in Rhinoceros 3D. As a result, MatchFEM automatically becomes part of a vaster ecosystem of useful applications of computational geometry within the AECO sector. Together with parametric and generative design tools and openBIM, endless computational capabilities arise.

MatchFEM functions as a hub that enables the integration of BIM, data collected from the physical realm, the Internet of Things (IoT), different forms of simulations and a variety of Digital Twin Platforms. MatchFEM is by-design, a tool conceived for the open and evolving nature of digital twins in the AECO sector in the years to come.
